Busy week over here. Two homes finished and appraised this week and moving toward scheduled closings. Three lots are now under agreement for custom builds set to start within the next 90 days. Currently working on seven homes under construction (four custom builds), with three available for sale.

Also watching one of these cool ceiling kits get installed this week — and another great one on the way for a different home.

Had the chance to attend the grand opening of a former client’s new pediatric dentist office, Sweet Tooth 🦷🎉

And now wrapping up the week celebrating my daughter Kylie Merryfield – Real Estate and her 24th birthday at dinner 🎂❤️
