🐺ALPHA OF THE MONTH🐺

This month’s alpha goes to one of our newest members, Meredith! She came in and immediately alleviated the stress and some of the workload off of the team. She was desperately needed and is doing an amazing job!

“I am seasoned professional with over 20 years in the construction industry and extensive experience as a controller. I combine strong financial oversight with the hands-on management expertise gained from years as a successful business owner. The best part of my time at Panden Construction has been the incredible people I’ve worked with and the strong professional network I’ve built along the way.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I am passionate about exploring new destinations through travel and cherishing quality time with my family and friends.”

Thank you for all you do! Well deserved and we are very happy to have you!🙏🏼

Big shoutout to Tagan, our in-house interior designer! This was her first time designing a home for the Parade of Homes, just as it was our first time building one for it. Seeing her work recognized through these awards has made the whole experience even more rewarding.

It’s been so fun watching Tagan grow with PANDEN and seeing what she can do when she gets a project like this. Our clients are lucky to have her eye and expertise on their homes. I’m proud of what she’s accomplished, and I’m excited for everything we’ll build together in the years ahead. Proud of you, Tagan!

“Everyone says nobody wants to work anymore.
I think people do want to work-they just don’t want to spend 10 hours a day being treated like they’re replaceable.
Good employees are worth investing in. Good companies know it.”

Love to hear it! Always grateful for your reviews!🙏🏼

These awards belong to all of us… our employees, contractors, trade partners, and every person who helped bring this beautiful home to life.

We didn’t enter our first Salt Lake Parade of Homes expecting to win awards. We simply wanted to build a home we were proud of and prove that we belonged there.

To walk away with multiple awards is an incredible honor… but the greatest reward was building it together.

Thank you to the Salt Lake Parade of Homes for the hospitality, partnership, and opportunity to be part of the 2026 showcase. This is only the beginning. 🏆
