This customer has been with me for 25 years, hiring me for many bathroom remodels, a basement remodel, and more.
Today, I'm referring to the exterior siding.

The customer has hired me on three separate occasions over the past 10 years to install this specific siding:
1. First time was to side the entire house.
2. Second time was to build from the ground up & install the same siding, on the standalone shed in the pic. As you can tell, its very detailed. It's not just thrown together.
3. The current job involves the "barrier walls" over the auto bridge, at the bottom of this property.

The specific details are in the pictures below.

UPDATE: A little more demo today. Set the base in place and framed for the tile seat inside the shower. The glass wall will rest on top of this framing as well. More updates to follow.

Bathroom demo is complete. Currently in the plumbing and electrical stage. Next steps: installing drywall, painting, and new windows. Follow along for updates.

Here's LH-LLC'S latest bathroom remodel. This one had water damage. So the main work was replacing new drywall, finish, prime & paint, new subfloor, tile flooring, vanity & all the fixtures that go w it. Customer decided to keep toilet & tub surround.
This turned out great.
Other pics, more misc work throughout this home.
This customer already is asking for a quote for their master bath, they are so thrilled w this one.
Repeat buisness & referrals/word of mouth is the sole of my company.

Another Bathroom remodel from Lawhorn Homes LLC.
Big thanks to Carol & Bobby Allen.
This job threw us a few curve balls. After saving my customers roughly $10,000 off of their bathroom remodel.
We were faced with having to install a new furnace/HVAC system during the height of the frigid temps 3 days before Christmas.
However, right before that, the Electrical panel went out. The customer was forced to replace the electrical panel before replacing the HVAC system & before I was able to start cutting tile again, with the below zero temps. After all that, I was able to continue on.
All of this work took place over a 1 week period.
Thanks to Tony at Preferred Electric,
& Matt, my HVAC tech for the rapid response time & getting this done so quickly.
