This 11,000-square-foot addition includes a state-of-the-art weight room, indoor training track, classrooms, and support spaces designed to help student-athletes reach their full potential.

We're proud to have partnered with Lincoln Lutheran on a project that will benefit students for years to come. From training and competition to learning and personal growth, this space was built with the future in mind.

From supporting the Empty Bowls Luncheon with the Food Bank of Lincoln to participating in the Countryside Pediatric Dentistry Charity Golf Event in York, we're grateful for opportunities to connect with our community and support organizations making a difference.

A great night celebrating great work! ✨

Schwisow Construction was honored by Associated Builders and Contractors at their annual Excellence in Construction celebration, receiving the Award of Excellence for the 2025 completion of the Timpte Lincoln Manufacturing Center.
This recognition reflects the hard work and collaboration poured into the project by our entire team, trusted partners, and subcontractors, many of whom are fellow ABC members committed to advancing excellence in our industry.

We’re especially proud of Randy Cades, Don Wilcox, and Mike Berry, who served as key field leadership team members on the project and were recognized as medallion recipients for their contributions throughout the build.

Yesterday’s first annual blood drive in memory of Marla K. Wilcox was one for the books.

From our team members rolling up their sleeves to the amazing community support, we couldn’t be more thankful for everyone who helped make the event a success. Thank you to the American Red Cross for being an incredible partner.
