Deck Dude is hiring a carpenter/laborer!

General knowledge of how to use a variety of power tools is a must, but no significant construction experience is required. We will train someone if they are willing to learn.

Must be able to carry up to 100lbs regularly, climb ladders, and work in the heat and the cold.

This is why you ALWAYS run a picture frame board and overhang past the fascia when you install composite decking. There are *certain* deck builders in town who are much bigger than we are who build their decks like this every day. It's cheaper and faster to do it like this, but it's WRONG. Those deck builders sell you on a lower price, but really it ends up costing you a lot more in the long run.

There's no way to "fix" this without removing all of the railing and decking and entirely replacing parts of the frame.

We never cut corners to try to lower our prices. Every deck we build follows industry best practice and we always keep your best interest in mind. You get what you pay for!

Our first ever roof project is coming right along. The crew is out on a repair while Andrew and Tanner do some finish work. After the inspection and the electrician come out, we'll install a tongue and groove ceiling and this thing will be 🔥🔥🔥
