The inner lining deteriorates and the line hardens. Def bad for your fuel system. The filter is self explanatory- if rust is starting show it’s been there too long. It’s now 🥃 O’clock !

Don’t be a “buttplug” ! Use the “correct” tools and avoid rounding off these plugs. Brass is a softer metal and ya don’t want these to sheer off or your drain to become inaccessible. A lil grease on the threads going back won’t hurt either. L**e yer plug ! Ya Blaggards! 🏴‍☠️
