A snowy winter day on the weekend of the is the perfect backdrop for a Project Spotlight in Park City, UT!

Affectionately named, The Diamond on Aerie, this original residence was built in 1990 in a diamond shape/orientation to work with the natural grade of the steep hillside & orient views towards downtown Park City. Our design solution involved modernizing and expanding the livable floor area, while opening the home in multiple directions to allow more light & visible connections between floors while enhancing views to the Wasatch Mountains. The custom floating stair creates a stunning focal point in the space...but, who are we kidding...those views! 🗻🤌 😍
