Position Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Mobile Sandblaster to join our crew. You’ll operate sandblasting equipment at various job sites, prepare surfaces for finishing, and ensure each project is completed safely and to the highest standard.
Compensation
- $25.00 per hour base pay
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Paid training and growth opportunities
- All blasting equipment and materials provided
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mobile sandblasting rig and related equipment
- Clean, prep, and restore surfaces (metal, wood, concrete, etc.)
- Maintain equipment and follow safety standards
- Communicate with customers professionally on-site
- Keep accurate records of time, materials, and job completion
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to tow a trailer
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions year-round
- Physically capable (lift 50+ lbs, wear PPE, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Prior sandblasting or surface prep experience a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL or trailer towing experience
- Background in painting, restoration, or construction
- Familiarity with media blasting materials and equipment
