New year, new clarity on what we do at Reschka Design Build.

If your kitchen is boxed in or your main floor just doesn’t flow, we specialize in kitchen-led main-floor transformations, opening up layouts, improving circulation, and making the kitchen/living/dining spaces work as one.

When the right solution requires more space, we also plan and build kitchen-led bump-outs or first-floor expansions as part of the overall main-floor plan (not as standalone “add a room” projects).

We’re a fit if you’re planning:
