In partnership with Wendover Housing Partners and Slocum Platts Architects, we completed the 246,000+ SF affordable housing community featuring 192 garden-style units, a clubhouse, pool, community garden, and additional resident amenities.

Our California team recently gathered in Laguna Beach for our annual summer outing. Several Scottsdale teammates also joined for the day!

It was a great opportunity to reconnect, recharge, and spend time together outside of the office.

This week, we’re recognizing OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week and reinforcing an important message across : we are all safety leaders.

Strong safety leadership starts with communication. That means evaluating how we can be better leaders, listening to our partners, and continually looking for opportunities to improve. From toolbox talks and training to providing feedback and recognizing positive safety behaviors.

NEW PROJECT ALERT!
We’re excited to announce that we have a new self-storage project underway in North Providence, Rhode Island!

The approximately 121,000-square-foot Extra Space Storage project will feature 991 storage units within a three-story warehouse, along with an office located in a separate, smaller building adjacent to the warehouse.
