A few tips for this cold weekend!
-Keep cabinet doors open under your faucets to help prevent frozen water line
-If you’re concerned about freezing water lines, let a faucet or two run at a slow trickle
-most heat pumps will struggle to keep up on (if at all) you may need to set your thermostat to emergency heat to rely on your gas or electric backup.
-make sure your air filter is clean, a clean air filter means the blower doesn’t have to work as hard to move air
-If you find yourself without heat, one of our techs will get to you, it may take some time, but we are here to help!

What is one of the most common no heat calls for a commercial roof top units? Well this is definitely one! This can cause the flames to blow back, or blow out completely. The main concern however is carbon monoxide entering the space.
Have your units checked out to make sure they’re in top shape and running safely!

Brr!! Does anyone else feel the cold wind coming in? Here’s a gentle reminder to get your garden hoses unhooked before the upcoming freeze tonight! While we would love to come inside and warm up with you, we would hate to see your house get any unnecessary water damage!

Unhook your water hoses to prevent hose bib from freezing water lines.

Turn off your hose outlets if you’re able.

Cover or wrap your hose bib with styrofoam or insulation to protect from cold.

But if you need us, we are always there for your heating, cooling, or plumbing emergency!
