We took our Friday morning meeting on the road!
This morning our team got to check out Cam’s woodworking shop, where he handcrafts the thank-you gifts our customers receive after their Bath Fitter project is complete. 🪵
One of the coolest parts? They all start as the wooden pallets our products are shipped on.
Instead of tossing them, Cam gives them a second life by turning them into trays, jewelry holders, candle holders, bottle openers, and other keepsakes. Every piece is cut, shaped, sanded, laser engraved, and finished by hand.
It was really fun seeing the whole process—from a rough pallet to a finished gift—but what stood out the most was hearing why he does it.
Woodworking is one of Cam’s favorite hobbies, and you can tell how much pride he takes in it. He’s always trying new techniques, tweaking designs, and finding ways to make each piece even better. For him, these gifts are just one more way to say “thank you” to every customer who trusts us with their home.
That’s something we love about Bath Fitter. We care about the little things. Whether it’s the experience during your project or the thank-you gift afterward, we want our customers to know they’re appreciated.
…and yes, before anyone asks… the slippers inside Crocs are apparently essential woodworking gear. 😂
