With a passion for preparation and a love of learning, Michelle has been helping Bath Fitter homeowners since 2020. She’s built a reputation for being highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready for every consultation she walks into.

Michelle enjoys diving into the details of our custom systems so she can confidently guide homeowners through layouts, options, and real-life scenarios. She takes the time to explain solutions clearly, making sure customers feel informed, comfortable, and never rushed.

Her approach is simple: listen first, respect the home she’s invited into, and treat every customer the way she would want to be treated. For Michelle, it’s about creating a smooth, positive experience just as much as delivering a beautiful finished result.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, exploring around Washington, and trying new local restaurants. She’s also an animal lover — especially her cat, Freddy 🐾

Since joining Bath Fitter in 2021, Jake has built his approach around one simple idea — take the time to really listen.

He knows every home and every homeowner is different, so he focuses on understanding what matters most first, then walking through the options with honesty and clarity. Jake is known for being detailed in his explanations, making sure customers feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their decisions from start to finish.

Outside of work, Jake is a big sports fan who enjoys getting on the court for a game of basketball. More than anything, he’s a dedicated family man who loves supporting his wife and kids and spending time together whenever he can.

When Sarah steps into a client’s home, what matters most to her is showing up on time, staying organized and clean, and treating every space with genuine respect. She understands that being invited into someone’s home is personal, and she never takes that lightly.

Outside of work, Sarah is an animal lover, an avid reader, and deeply family oriented. She has recently started exploring quilting and sewing, enjoying the creativity, patience, and craftsmanship that come with learning something new. She also has a soft spot for Harry Potter and a good book on a rainy Northwest afternoon.
