How do you seal ductwork hidden behind walls and ceilings? Aeroseal seals air leaks from inside the system. 💨
We temporarily block the vents, isolate the HVAC equipment, and pressurize the ductwork to measure leakage. Then we introduce an aerosolized sealant. As air escapes through gaps and seams, the sealant particles collect at the edges, building together until those leaks close.
The process targets leakage points instead of coating the entire inside of your ducts. We track the reduction throughout the process and verify the results with a final leakage test.
Why does it matter? Leaky ducts can waste heated and cooled air before it reaches your rooms. Sealing those leaks can help improve airflow delivery, temperature consistency, and system efficiency.
