At Earthly Possibilities, we design and build high-end outdoor spaces—paver patios, fire features, landscape lighting, and complete outdoor living environments.

What You’ll Do
• Assist with installation of patios, walls, and outdoor features
• Prep job sites and keep projects moving efficiently
• Work alongside a small, skilled crew
• Learn the process behind high-quality landscape construction

What We’re Looking For
• Dependable and on time
• Strong work ethic
• Willing to learn and take pride in the work
• Comfortable with physical, outdoor work

Experience is a plus, but not required.

The concrete slopes toward the house.
Water pools where it shouldn’t.

And now everything they want to add—
outdoor kitchen, patio, fire pit, lighting—
has to work around a problem that didn’t need to exist.

We see this all the time.

The hard truth is this:
Most outdoor spaces are built in pieces…
without a plan tying it all together.

And eventually, it catches up.

This is why we push design first—
not to overcomplicate things,
but to avoid problems like this before they’re poured in concrete.
