We’re so excited to see the first generation of students greet Carbonelli Villas at Montcalm Community College! It’s an honor to have helped bring this project to life.

Congratulations to Construction Simplified, Mathison I Mathison Architects, and to MCC on this fantastic new addition to campus!

As the 2026-2027 school year commences, Montcalm Community College is welcoming its first round of students living on campus at their new Carbonelli Villas designed to accommodate up to 84 full-time students. The housing is designed as a hybrid style of living that blends the best aspects of both traditional dorms and apartments. Each unit houses 6–8 students in shared bedrooms with communal living, dining, study, bath, and laundry amenities. This approach is efficient yet comfortable, fostering a strong sense of community while also providing privacy and personal space.

One year after breaking ground, the future of Rockford’s library is taking shape! 📖

What began as a vision on paper is now rising into a dynamic space designed to inspire creativity and connection for generations to come. Progressive Companies is proud to lead this design-build project.

With construction well underway, project completion is set for November of 2026! Residents can look forward to a children's garden, teen spaces, and even more new environments for learning at the Krause Memorial Library.

Last month, our Grand Rapids office had the opportunity to drive change, one swing at a time. Our 2026 Golf Outing supported Kids' Food Basket, a nonprofit pursuing a hunger-free West Michigan.
