MasterSeal pavement sealer restores the original black color to asphalt and greatly enhances the overall appearance of your property. Asphalt cracks are unsightly and can get expensive quickly! You need to take action and fill them as soon as they occur. Cracks can be caused by: poor foundation, not having thick enough layer asphalt, having too thick a layer of asphalt, earth movement, heavy equipment, roots from trees, and the annual freeze-thaw cycle.
