It’s 6:40 pm on a Friday night and Tom doesn’t even know this came in the mail today.
He’s out on a job still, because a supplier didn’t do what they said they would do.

A few things to consider when choosing a LOCAL ROOFING CONTRACTOR!

1. Are they a licensed contractor with the state of Iowa?
We’ve noticed a influx of storm chasers from other states.
2. Do they require payment or partial payment upfront?
We get paid when the job is done!
3. Is the roofer available to do your job next week?
Storm chasers often bring in many crews & can get to your job with in a week or so. Local roofers are scheduling 4-6 weeks out!
4. Is their bid the lowest?
Storm chasers often low ball the bid by taking short cuts!
5. Do they pressure you to sign a contract on the spot?
Take your time review the contract ask questions. Our bid is good for 30 days!
