𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑨𝒄𝒆 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄, 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒔!

Last week, our high school and college interns kicked off their summer experience by completing New Employee Safety Orientation (NESO), where they learned more about our company, our safety-first culture, and the values that guide our work every day. They also participated in a mini ProStart session and lift training to build a foundation in field basics before stepping into their summer roles.

Over the next few weeks, these interns will gain hands-on exposure across several areas of our business, including the field, project engineering, estimating, BIM, and marketing. We’re excited to help them learn, grow, and explore the many career paths available in the electrical industry.

Ace University continues to support safe, high-quality work through the development of our new TILT Training Program.

TILT, or Temporary Integrated Load Testing, is used as an additional tool prior to energization to help teams verify systems, identify potential issues, and support a safer, more consistent transition before power is introduced. This training helps educate employees on how to properly utilize TILT while reinforcing Ace Electric’s commitment to safety, quality, and consistent pre-energization procedures across both Mission Critical and Volume work.

A special thank you to our Ohio Division and Engineering & Fabrication Division for their collaboration and support in helping design and develop the TILT curriculum. Their field expertise and real-world insight played an important role in creating training that supports operational excellence across Ace Electric.
