Most homeowners hear they have a “belly” in their sewer line but don’t know what that means. A belly is a low spot in the pipe where water sits instead of flowing properly, allowing solids to collect and eventually cause recurring backups.
This belly was much larger than most and was creating major issues. In this video you’ll see the pipe before and after we corrected it.
To repair it, we tunneled nearly 20 feet under the home, replaced the failed section, restored proper pitch, and completed everything with engineering, permits, and inspections.
next, on the to-do list is to perform a hydro jet and clean up those old nasty original sections
