We spent some time in Trenton today inspecting several roofs after the recent hailstorm—and the damage is extensive! Take a look at this video to see what one homeowner is dealing with… their roof is only TWO years old. 😭

✨ Residential Remodel Transformation ✨

We had the pleasure of bringing this residential remodel to life! As an investment property, the goal was to create a clean, modern, and refreshed look throughout the home—and we love how it turned out.

The project started with a full transformation of the master suite. We reworked the layout to expand and relocate the shower, added a larger double vanity, and combined two smaller closets into one spacious, functional space. By removing a couple of walls and seamlessly closing in an existing doorway, we were able to create a more open, modern feel—finished off with a fun and unique flooring choice.

As the project progressed, the scope naturally evolved. The home had quite a bit of wallpaper, outdated lighting, mismatched textures, and areas needing sheetrock repair and fresh paint. We addressed it all to create a cohesive, updated look throughout the entire home.

In the end, the entryway, living room, kitchen, dining room, all three bathrooms, the master bedroom, and the main hallway all received either partial or full renovations.

The kitchen was a standout, featuring new lighting, quartz countertops, a beautiful backsplash, and a new sink and cooktop—giving the space a sleek, modern upgrade.

While we’re proud of the finished product, what made this project truly special were the relationships built along the way. We had the opportunity to get to know Sarah, her family, and her parents—and Ryder even walked away with a new fishing buddy 🎣

That’s what we call true success!!!!

A while back we had the opportunity to complete a multi-phase improvement project at a local senior living facility, focused on enhancing both durability and overall appearance. Our goal was to create a safer, more welcoming environment for residents while delivering long-lasting, high-quality results.

✔️ Installed durable Hardie siding and trim around all main entry points to reduce long-term wear and tear
✔️ Full repaint of all hallways and corridors for a cleaner, refreshed look
✔️ Upgraded light fixtures to enhance security and overall aesthetics

Another happy customer down in Austin!

The City of Lowry Crossing recently transformed a historic home into its new City Hall, with plans to repurpose the former municipal building. This project encompassed a full interior and exterior renovation. While the finished space presents a clean and understated aesthetic, the work behind it was extensive and anything but simple. The home’s age and uneven structure required significant reconstruction, including removing, adding, and reconfiguring walls and windows, along with many other detailed improvements.

Beyond the structural updates, special care was taken to preserve the character that makes this home unique. Although the space is essentially brand new, we incorporated portions of the original shiplap to add warmth, history, and a sense of authenticity—creating a meaningful connection between the past and present.

We truly value the charm and story within this home and are honored to have been chosen to bring the City’s vision to life in a way that makes the space both functional and truly special.
