Our name says roofing, but thats not all we do!

From working with countless clients and homeowners, we have learned how to refine and Tailor our process to maximize the customer experience.

We've found that homeowners often have multiple projects that coincide with one another on the exterior of their home, and managing all of these projects can be a struggle. It can be very time consuming for homeowners to vet and find multiple different contractors to complete all of the exterior work they need done.

That's why we specialize in all phases of exterior remodeling. Giving homeowners the option to work with one contractor, us. We work from start to finish, planning the entire project along the way, helping with the design, and really bring to life what they're looking to create or repair when something have been damaged or broken.

👌 5 things to expect the day of your roof replacement

1️⃣ Your property should be protected.
First our crews will take the time to properly tarp and protect landscaping, siding, windows, walkways, and other areas around your home.

2️⃣ ALL old roofing materials should be removed.
Removing all existing shingles and materials is a must! This is the only way to properly inspect for damage or rotted wood before thr new roof is installed.

3️⃣ Flashing should be properly addressed.
Step flashing, wall flashing, chimney flashing, pipe flashing and other critical areas should be replaced not simply covered with a new roof.

4️⃣ Your new roof should be installed as a complete system.
Underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, ventilation, flashing, and shingles all go together to protect your home as one roofing system.

5️⃣ Cleanup should be taken seriously
Our crews clean up the jobsite! We remove all debris, use magnetic rollers to pick up nails, and go through every corner of your property to insure it is as clean as possible to complete the job.

Some final shots of a replacement we finished in Little Egg Harbor. This homeowner was great to work with. She had a previous bad experiences so it was very important we walked her through every step of the process and kept her informed at all times. For us, that is not going above and beyond, that is the standard. We must have great communication and transparency in order to provide a trust worthy experience. This project was not simply a roof replacement. It also included the removal and reinstallation of solar panels, residing sections that were damaged, detailed trim work that needed to be addressed and replacing 2 skylights. Having her informed throughout the project was paramount. Another Important part was our final walk through, making sure she is satisfied, that she knows all that was promised has been delivered and to show her how to operate her new skylights. We find often that homeowners in the past make their final payments to contractors before the work is completed or without a walk through. We hear these stories and sometimes this becomes a bad experience for the homeowner because the work ends up not being completed. It's important to choose the right contractor so these things do not happen.

On one of our siding projects going on today. This one is in Egg Harbor City. We already replaced the roof and put in all new windows. Now we are installing the siding then we will move on to the porch soffits and other trim details.

One of our previous customers referred a friend to us who was looking to replace all of the windows in their home. After meeting with the homeowner, we put together a plan and completed the full window replacement. The finished product came out great, and the homeowners loved it. We’re always grateful when our customers recommend us to their friends and family.
