Croptober has started, Is your crew locked?

Harvest means 10-200 extra workers, inside a two-month window, competing with every other cultivator in your state.

"Everybody is fighting for the same workforce, especially if you're in a remote location." — Karson Humiston, Vangst CEO, in this week [https://mjbizdaily.com/news/why-cannabis-growers-are-locking-in-harvest-labor-now/617977/]

Vetted crews. W2'd and insured. Backfilled when someone drops. And if you love them, keep them — they can convert to your payroll after 360 hours.

Don’t just take our word for it.

Swipe for real reviews from people Vangst put to work — pulled straight from Google and Indeed, unedited.

Cultivation. Packaging. Post-harvest. Retail. New shifts every week, and after 360 hours your employer can hire you on with no buyout fee — which is why so many of these reviews end with ”temp to perm.”

No experience? Several of these reviewers didn’t have any either.

In July, operators were asking us what a harvest crew costs. This month they're asking how fast we can badge one.

Croptober is here. Our new issue runs the timeline most facilities don't run until it's late — why the real deadline for locking crew counts was August, what the next ten weeks should look like week by week, and how one Phoenix craft producer built 35% of its post-production team through temp-to-perm.
