We’re excited to be part of a new project alongside Refine Homes! 🏠🔨

This building has a new owner who is preparing it for their new business location, and we’ll be replacing the existing HVAC system with new, high-efficiency equipment to help give the building a fresh start.

We’re especially excited to be working with Mike Erb, Project Manager with Refine Homes. Mike has been great to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Having people who care about doing things right and keeping a project moving makes a big difference, and we’re looking forward to seeing this one come together!

It’s always exciting when local businesses can work together to help bring a new project to life. We’re proud to have the Town & Country Heating signs right alongside the Refine Homes signs on this one! 👊

She has an incredible eye for design, a natural talent for bringing spaces together, and a genuine kindness that makes every client feel welcomed and cared for. One year ago, three families took a leap of faith together, and Refine Homes was relaunched (at Looney Days) with a shared dream, a lot of determination, and an INCREDIBLE TEAM standing beside us.

Looking back, it's hard to believe how much can happen in just one year. We've grown, we've learned, and we've been blessed beyond what we could have imagined. None of it would have been possible without the people behind the scenes who pour their hearts into this business every single day.
Each of us brings something different to the table, and that's what makes this partnership work so well.

Mike has been a driving force in helping Refine Homes grow. His leadership, wisdom, and encouragement have helped shape the direction of our company from day one.
Zach is the financial mind behind the business. His strategic thinking and steady approach and wisdom keep us grounded, allowing us to continue building for the future with confidence.
Stephen serves as President of Refine Homes and leads every construction project from start to finish. He truly is the rock of Refine Homes. His integrity, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to doing things the right way have earned the respect of our design team, our employees, our subcontractors, our trade partners, and, most importantly, our clients. He leads with humility, honor, and a servant's heart, never asking anyone to do something he wouldn't do himself. The long hours, the problem-solving, the job site visits, and the countless decisions behind the scenes often go unnoticed, but they are the reason so much of what we do is possible. We truly couldn't do this without him.
Savannah leads our design team and retail store. She believes that everything we do should be done wholeheartedly—with excellence, intention, and genuine care for the people we serve. For her, it's never just about beautiful spaces—it's about creating an experience that reflects the heart of Refine Homes.

Together, our families share one vision: to build more than beautiful homes. We want to build lasting relationships, serve our clients with integrity, support an incredible team, and leave a positive impact on the communities we call home.
To every client who trusted us, every subcontractor who worked alongside us, every AMAZING employee who has poured their heart into Refine Homes, and every person who has cheered us on over the past year—thank you. This event is always one of our favorites, but what makes it extra special is getting to share it with our kiddos!
