Warm weather is finally upon us, which means deck season is in full swing. Finding a cost effective solution for this couple proved more challenging than expected. Every project is unique and finding a stain that would cover and match this deck sent me seeking advice in more places than one. This family found themselves in a tight spot when their carpenter was injured in the middle of adding this 3 season porch on their home. Luckily I was able to step in to seamlessly transition the project. The exposed trusses were completed but the ceilings hadn't been hung. Hanging a ceiling takes many hands so I was able to work with my father who has been in the industry for more than 40 years. Together we completed the ceiling and hung a fan as a finishing touch. The room is now ready to make some fun family memories.

It's never to late to give your outdoor living space a face-lift. This deck had seen years of wear and tear but with a little time and attention we were able to make it look like new. After a lot of scraping and staining, this deck with attached stairs is now a place where this family can enjoy hanging out and celebrating a Badger victory.

Looking to update your indoor lighting? Have you recently relocated to Madison and want to add some personal touches to your new home? I helped this family make their new house a home by adding 7 ceiling fans, hanging 5 new scones, replaced several light fixtures and hung a beautiful chandelier from their 30 foot entryway ceiling.
