We kicked this one into high gear for a customer who needed things to move a little faster—and now we’re hitting the 7-month mark and almost at the finish line! 🏁

At this point we’re just waiting on the custom oak kitchen shelves and a few final touches. Once those are in, this one is ready to go. 🏡✨

It’s been awesome watching this home come together, and we’re excited to share the final reveal soon! 👀🔨

🚧 Taylor Road Project – 4-Month Update! 🚧

We just hit the 4-month mark on our Taylor Road build, and things are really coming together. We’re wrapping up the last bit of siding that was backordered, and this week our team is moving full speed ahead on the septic system and the remaining site work.

A huge shoutout to our friends at Residential Excavating — their monster machines and top-notch crew never disappoint. 👏

Inside, drywall is going up, and we’re on track to have this project fully buttoned up in the next 45 days.

🎥 When Technology Has a Mind of Its Own… 😅

Back on July 24th, we set up our new Reolink camera to capture a clean two-month time-lapse of our latest build — from the first shovel in the ground to framing, roofing, and beyond.

Well… let’s just say the camera had other plans. 😂
It kind of did a time-lapse… just not exactly how we planned!

Even so, it captured an awesome look at how this home has been coming together between 7/24 and 9/21 — and we’re thrilled with the progress so far.
