Last week we got a break from the larger jobs and were able to focus on our service work, with replacing a compromised floor drain in a stairwell, replacing and repiping a pressure reducing valve, and roughing in a kitchen and bathroom add-on. We capped the week with a trip to the Pulaski county speedway to watch our sponsored Drew Bond race team.

It's all about consistency in doing the next right thing to make continuous progress.

Meet the Pavs : Cameron Crawford

Another busy week is upon us where we started off getting Collin Myburgh in his new sprinter truck, and installing a water softener for a customer I've known since I worked with my dad. Today we completed several jobs including a shower installation and finished it off with a huge team effort by Cloud Ryan, Collin, Tony Yancey, Richard and myself with an emergency well pump replacement for a customer without water.

Days and moments like this really define who we are and what we're all about.

Meet the Pavs: Ryan Cloud

Ryan was the first one on board here at Harvell but the relationship goes back much further to his first days as an apprentice. He's extremely comical, easily a top 10 funniest person in anyone's life, and can usually be found keeping the buckets warm with a fudge round within arms reach.

Above all Ryan is an exceptionally quick learner, utilizing his intelligence to not just repeat the code but to explain the hows and whys pertaining to any system or situation.

A great friend and even better person Ryan is truly family to us all.

Meet the Pavs: Jessy Harvell

Our fearless leader and founder! Without him none of us would be where we are today. Between starting up a small business, always honing in his endless expertise, and training us all to deliver the best in quality work and service, there is no one better!

Jessy never backs down from big projects and always sees them through to the end solving any and all problems along the way.

He is a wonderful father and friend, always there for anyone in need, putting others before himself. Truly the definition of a mentor and someone we are proud to say we look up to.
