These cabinets started as raw wood — built, hung, taped off, and finished right here on site. The custom hood surround, the built-in shelving, the uppers stacked to the ceiling… all decided long before a single board got cut.

The part people don't expect about a custom build by us: nothing is locked in until you say so. Painted or stained. Shaker, raised panel, or slab front. Glass doors, open shelves, a two-tone island, a taller hood. Change your mind on the door style halfway through? We'll work it out.

Curbless showers are one of the most requested accessibility upgrades we get asked about. No threshold to roll over, a linear drain keeping the floor flat, grab bars at transfer height, fold-down seat. If you're adapting a home for a wheelchair user, or even just planning ahead, this is the design to aim for.

We build these through the VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) grant program too, coordinating with occupational therapists and VA reps from approval through final inspection. Most contractors won't take that work on...but we will.

Thinking about building a shop or barndominium on your land? Look at the first photo, not the second --

Anyone can make a finished building look good (stucco and stone hide almost everything.) What you're looking for is what's underneath: sheathing with taped seams so weather can't get into the wall assembly, framing that's braced correctly, a foundation sized for the soil it's sitting on, and the covered porch framed in as part of the structure instead of tacked onto the side later.

When you're comparing bids on a metal building or shop, ask what's in the wall. If the answer is vague, that's your answer.
