Job Requirements:
-Dependable and punctual - on time every time, all of the time
-Detail Oriented - be able to consistently execute multiple (large and small) details at once
-Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and be on your feet 8 to 10 hours daily
-Minimum of 2 years residential/commercial experience working for an established landscape company.
-Flexible Schedule (Our schedule is weather dependent)
-Ability to perform duties alone, with minimal to no supervision once you have been trained
-Ability to follow a daily work orders with detail-specific jobs.
-MUST have experience using all types of landscape equipment such as: zero turn mower, edgers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws, pole saws, hedges trimmers, and chemical sprayers.
-Ability to operate a skid steer (bobcat), Dingo or an excavator is a plus!
-Ability to repair and work on irrigation systems is a plus, start up/shut down and basic repairs.
- Basic knowledge on how to properly apply lawn fertilizers and pesticides.
-Possession of a Turf and ornamental pesticide license is a plus, but not required.
-You must be teachable and willing to learn and implement our methods of landscape management.
You must have the following to be considered for this position:
-Valid and active NC Drivers License with less than 3 points or a valid out-of-state license with less than 3 points while you obtain an NC license.
-You must be currently eligible to work in the USA
-2 Years of residential/commercial landscape experience with references.
-Bi-lingual (ability to speak and translate spanish/english fluently) is a MAJOR PLUS!
Description of work:
As a LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER you will primarily be responsible for the maintenance and oversight of high-end residential and commercial properties throughout the week. You will work with other crew members and foremen on projects to achieve daily work orders. You may take care of punch list items such as enhancement work consisting of mulch, pine straw, and other specialty work. You'll need excellent navigation skills with a smart phone to move to and from our properties. You'll need to be good at time management and keeping budgeted labor hours within given metrics. From time to time you may need to speak with one of our excellent customers to address needs than may arise at their property.

-Our typical schedule is Monday-Thursday (10-12 hour days)
-PTO accrual after 90 days of employment, 56 total hours.

-Pay is commensurate with experience.
-401K with company match once eligible
-Consistent pay 12 months out of the year
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 /hour
