We upgraded this basement by replacing an old, leaking window with a full egress window—more light, better safety, and added home value.

The original window had been leaking for years, and the wall behind it was rotted out. We removed all damaged framing, rebuilt the wall solid, and finished it with new drywall before installing the new egress window the right way.
