Window Cleaning Technician (paid training —> Lead Tech path)
- $18/hr starting pay + 1% monthly profit share (starts immediately). After 90 days, eligible for sliding scale commission.
We’re looking for someone dependable, coachable and client-friendly who wants to grow into a long term role.
Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to do physical work outdoors, comfort with ladders and roofs, and valid driver’s license (driving is an essential job function.)
