Well, it’s been a long while since we posted something on here. We are too busy that we juat neglected our online presence. Here is a house in West Ashley that we recently finished.

This project involved:
- Framing, and drywall - converted the upstairs loft into a second master bedroom
- painted the whole entire interior
- replaced windows
- install window films and sliding glass door films
- painted the kitchen cabinets
- scraped popcorn ceilings and make them all smooth
- replaced carpets in all bedrooms and livingroom
- install new bathtub in bathroom
- install new vanities and faucets
- electrical- install new wires and lights in the newly created master bedroom upstairs

We completed a window replacement project at a West Ashley residence, where 10 windows were removed and replaced, and we appreciate our client's confidence in our expertise.

This project was a tough one. It challenges our creativity and imagination to bring this home to life. The house was a two-storey fire destroyed. We had to rebuild and redo the whole floor plan to make it into open floor plan to modernize and maximize the space. This is a 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 baths, with huge kitchen, dining room, livingroom, office, and a loft.

Another full house renovation and addition in Walterboro, SC. This was a burned down house we rebuilt and added a laundry/ utility room and a half bath. 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath.
