We are pleased to have finished a renovation project for Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, which has a portfolio of buildings in the leading life sciences markets in the US - Boston, San Francisco and San Diego. When one of their valued tenants, Bonito Biosciences, began to outgrow its space, Phase 3 offered a larger location in a nearby building, the 120,000-SF 21 Hickory Drive.

The Vantage team completed a full fit-out of the new location, creating a state-of-the-art office and lab environment on the building’s third floor. A focus of the project was to reconfigure the existing space to meet the specific needs of Bonito Bio’s complete array of lab equipment, including draft hoods, oxygen lines, nitrogen lines and fans. Every detail was designed to support Bonito Bio’s innovation and discovery.

Congratulations to Bonito Biosciences on their new home, and thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to life!

Today we’re celebrating Devin Rogers’ 5-year anniversary with Vantage!

Since joining our team in 2021, Devin has become a trusted leader known for his collaborative approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take on any challenge.

In addition to his project work, Devin has played a key role in our internal training efforts, sharing his knowledge, mentoring teammates, and helping others grow and succeed.

We’re grateful for everything Devin has contributed over the past five years and look forward to all that’s ahead. Congratulations on this milestone, Devin, and thank you for being such an important part of the Vantage team!

Thank You for Making Our 5th Annual fore Charity Golf Classic a Success!

We’re very grateful to our sponsors, donors, and volunteers who made this year’s tournament possible. With great company, good weather, and a fun day on the course, it was truly an event to remember. Most importantly, we were able to raise funds and awareness for Fisher House Boston.

Todd Angilly got things off to a patriotic start with a beautiful rendition of the national anthem - he’s terrific at Bruins home games and it’s a real treat to hear him up close and personal! At the reception, speakers held the crowd in rapt attention. We were honored to hear from Medal of Honor Recipient, Sergeant Ryan Pitts, who shared his remarkable story of courage and sacrifice during combat operations in Afghanistan, as well as from the first family ever assisted by Fisher House Boston. Their words brought home the significant and long-lasting impact that Fisher House Boston has on veterans and their families. We are proud for the opportunity to support their important work.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make the tournament a success - we look forward to seeing you next year

Meet Jay Peyser, Senior Project Manager at Vantage Builders!

From planning to project completion, Jay knows what it takes to bring great spaces to life. With over 15 years of construction experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, he combines technical expertise with strong leadership to keep projects moving forward.

Jay is currently leading the Townhouse Bistro & Café project in Wayland, where his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are helping transform the vision into reality.

The Vantage team recently completed a 6,500-SF interior fit-out and renovation for Federal Realty Investment Trust at Assembly Row in Somerville.

The project included the construction of new private offices, renovations to existing office spaces, the installation of new partition walls, ceiling modifications, and new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems throughout the space.

Working in an occupied building, our team carefully phased construction to minimize disruptions for tenants while maintaining the project schedule. The result is a modernized, functional workspace designed to support tenant needs for years to come.
