Excitement overload.

Special delivery from Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc.. Several attachements for our engcon USA!!

What does this mean for our customers? This piece of equipment will make our projects more efficient, have a cleaner jobsite with less yard disturbance and will be more accurate with digging, grading and base installation. Why use 57 stone over 4 11 stone for the base material?

Great question!!

We choose, as ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) certified installers, 57 stone over 411 stone primarily for its superior drainage and resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. While 4 11 stone is a traditional choice it contains "fines" (stone dust) that trap moisture. In Ohio's climate, trapped water in the base can freeze and expand, leading to "frost heave" that could shift or tilt the pavers overtime.

NicKelly's choice is 57 stone to give you a professional quailty well crafted hardscape project from start to finish.

A little preview before NicKelly takes over the jobsite.

Check out the details on the layout of this project and the time we take to make sure everything is squared up before we start digging. Look at those clean dug out areas. No loose soil left behind. We are ready for geo fabric and stone.

We are really looking forward to seeing how this project comes together for the homeowner.

We are heading back to the jobsite for a little clean-up and reorganizing so we can begin excavation for the next stage of the project.
