It's almost that time of year again, HOT! We will be looking for a few employees for the summer and possibly long term, depending upon performance. We could use a Technician and a helper/laborer. Technician must be qualified and certified to fill the position, also, be able to install systems. Laborer can be inexperienced in HVAC, but, must have general work skills, common to most construction trades. This trade is hard hot work, if you don't want to get it, don't apply! :)

I would like to let all of you friends that live farther away than our service area extends know. If you ever have any questions on your own system or need a second opinion (the best I can do without actually looking at it) I would be glad to try and be of some service. Feel free to drop me a message or post on it on my wall. It may help someone else that's having the same issue. This service will of course be free of charge... for now!haha

Well, it's here again... SUMMER TIME!!!!! It's already hot out so it's time for an inspection! Just a heads up, R-22 has already begun the phase out so it has trippled in cost! Please, don't blame us!:o) Also, another tip... HVAC companies require a license in the State of Texas. If you use a company they should be able to provide you with a TDLR # and proof of insurance. The license also has to be held by someone in that office not someone from another town. Such as, "I'm working under their license." If they have no license, they have no insurance. Therefore, if your house burns to the ground it is completely your loss, not theirs. They're "cheaper" for a reason, because they have NO insurance!

Tip of the Week: You should change your filters in your air system at the very least once a month. Remeber this, a filter also can't be gauged by the time it's been in, but, rather the build up it has accumilated. Some filters (pleated) will need changing as soon as every 3 weeks! There is no such thing as a 3 month filter! Dirty filters are to blame for 40% of compressor failures!

Tip of the Week: Stay inside it's hot out!!!:o)

Tip of the Week: I'm often asked what you should keep your temp @ on your thermostat. 1. I'm in disagreement with turning your system completely off when you leave for the day. I recommend you always keep it atleat 78 deg, no higher than 80 deg. 2. Temp's should remain around 76-78deg in the heat of the day, it will allow your unit to keep up and cycle off from time to time giving it a much needed break.

Tip of the Week: It's been dry and dusty out so take the time to get your waterhose and spray nozzle to wash your outside condensing units! Place the nozzle on jet and keep a far enough distance away from the equipment that you DO NOT bend the fins! This will save on energy consumption, parts, and help your over all comfort!
