🏠 Full Exterior Transformation Complete!

This apartment house came a long way from where it started.

We began with a full exterior wash, followed by detailed prep to remove loose and peeling paint, caulking as needed, and spot priming before applying two finish coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior in Low Lustre, tinted to Britannia Blue #1623.

Both fire escapes were also prepped, treated with a rust-resistant primer, and finished with two coats of black Rust-Oleum.

The before-and-after photos really show the difference — a refreshed exterior from top to bottom. 🎨

🎨 Exterior Project Complete in Pawtucket!

This home received a full exterior refresh, starting with a power wash and proper preparation throughout the siding and trim.

Before painting, we completed several wood repairs around the home, including replacing one deteriorated window sill, damaged flat stock and moulding, and a rotted board behind the rear gutter. Loose and peeling paint was scraped, wood trim was lightly sanded, gaps were caulked, and bare wood was spot primed before applying two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior to the asbestos siding and exterior trim.

We also painted the rear vinyl addition to match, refinished the front entry railings, and installed the homeowner’s new shutters, bringing the exterior together with a clean, refreshed finish. 🏡

Today we sprayed and backrolled the first coat of paint on the siding!

Spraying gives us a smooth, even application, while backrolling works the paint into the surface for thorough, consistent coverage.
