PSA: No Heat During Blizzard Conditions

Due to the recent blizzard and ongoing snow, many heating system air intake and exhaust vents are becoming blocked.

If you have no heat, please check outside to make sure your furnace intake and exhaust vents are clear of snow and ice. When these vents are blocked, your system will shut off automatically as a safety precaution.

Clearing the snow away from the vents may restore heat.

If your heat does not return after confirming the vents are clear, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
