We’re hiring a Warehouse & Content Cleaning Technician for our disaster restoration team. You’ll keep our warehouse clean, safe, and organized, help prepare clients’ personal property for cleaning, moving, and storage, support pack-in/pack-out in the warehouse and at client homes/businesses, and maintain accurate documentation for billing while communicating clearly with coworkers and clients.

Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, safe, organizedwarehouse daily
• Prepare clients’ personal property for cleaning, moving, and storage
• Assist with packing/labeling/prepand staging for processing
• Support pack-in/pack-out at client homes/businesses and in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for client billing
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and clients
• Follow procedures and chain of command to complete tasks correctly
• Coordinate with teammates to finish work efficiently
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and meet/exceed expectations
Qualifications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to write clearly and complete documentation accurately
• Professional communication skills (coworkers + clients)
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Willingness to work the following on-call rotation: 1 day/week on call + 1 weekend/month to support restoration emergencies
