Meet the Owners!
Warwick Valley Pest Control is owned and operated by father-and-son team Brian and Kevin Fleming. They are proud to be the only locally owned pest control company based in Warwick, NY.
Brian Fleming moved to Warwick 35 years ago and raised all four of his children here. He also has more than 40 years of law enforcement experience with the NYPD.
Kevin Fleming was born and raised in Warwick and is now proud to be raising his own family here. He also proudly serves as a firefighter with the FDNY.
Together, they're part first responders, part pest control operators —and always committed to helping people.
Pest control runs in the family. Brian's grandfather and Kevin's great-grandfather founded John J. McCann Exterminating in Queens, NY, a family business with more than 100 years of history. Both Brian and Kevin spent years working in the family business before deciding to start their own company so they could spend more time serving the community they call home.
Today, Warwick Valley Pest Control proudly serves customers throughout New York and New Jersey. They are licensed in a wide range of pest control services, including termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and wasps, mice and other rodents, wildlife trapping, and much more.
