Furnish and install a new commercial hollow metal door and frame, custom-sized to fit existing rough opening. Includes 18-gauge steel door, 16-gauge welded frame, heavy-duty hinges, commercial lockset, and proper anchoring, shimming, and sealing. Door to be factory primed or painted (color TBD), swing and handing per site conditions. Installation by insured technicians.
6-month warranty on labor and materials.
