Troubleshoot of a commercial air handler unit that required a 3phase 277v 15amp circuit breaker, at Beyond/Hello in Manassas VA, that turned into removing and replacing the breaker. Turned out that the breaker was malfunctioning. Voltage dropped off irregularly.
