We are proud to introduce the Baiamonte Project — a new affordable housing community designed to create stability, dignity, and opportunity.

JR Capital Build has partnered with five Frederick nonprofits to create a consistent and reliable housing source for individuals and families referred through trusted community partners.

The Baiamonte will include a dedicated community center, coworking space, and gym— creating spaces for connection, productivity, and long-term success.

Named after an integral JR Capital Build team member, the Baiamonte Project represents forward-thinking housing and a commitment to new ideals in how communities are designed and supported.

Truly an honor and a calling to be able to bring to life the vision of ED Carleah Summers at Andrea’s house.

🌈 Building Bridges Childcare Project 🌈

By January 2026, Andrea’s House will proudly open the doors to a brand-new space designed with our littlest hearts in mind 💕

Led by JR Capital Build, this project will provide children ages 0–3 with a safe, nurturing environment dedicated to learning, engagement, and overall wellbeing.

This addition will make an incredible impact for our current residents and graduates, many of whom face challenges finding affordable childcare. By removing that barrier, parents can fully participate in therapeutic programs and treatment—building stronger foundations for their recovery and their families. 💪🏽
