This page is to help showcase the majority of the work i've taken part of or completed myself, in an attempt to allow the local community to see what kind of labor goes into a home improvement job. Also giving you a first hand look at the workmanship, hopefully amplifying the already present need to give me a call!

This project turned out great. Here's a few before and after collages to get the stark comparison of before/after.

-Lots of caulking
-Roughly 8-9 gallons of Sherwin-Williams exterior oil based primer
-Upper ceiling and lower "ceiling" (really just bottom of the upper deck lol) sprayed with SW exterior Duration color "Aloof grey" and "Gris"
-All railings, posts, fascia and boxing done with Duration "Snowbound"
-Floors brushed and rolled x2 with SW Superdeck 9600 colored "Gris"

Project went smooth and ahead of schedule, even with all this wind we've had recently. Can't ask for much more ❤️

New project coming up in a day or 2, as usual stay tuned!

Progress report for the week 😅

We've been breezing through this one,
Thank Jesus for having a sprayer.
Upper porch ceiling and rails done, staircase rails, pickets and stringers done. Bottom floor "ceiling" done along with columns.

Only have floors, stairs and kick boards left and that's a wrap..... Unfortunately next week's weather doesn't look great 🤦 guess we'll see!

Crazy stuff, I painted this house last year under a different company..... Now we're back again, self employed!

New project for the next 2-3 weeks. If it's bare wood it's getting make-up.

Oil based primer on everything except the floors by customer request.

Then a 3 color layout (somewhat matching with the house). This one's gonna pop when finished.

Glad this project fell in our lap last minute. We were supposed to start a large project this week but got pushed back to next week....

Took about a day and a half to frame this porch out, screen it in and trim it out. Customer is happy, so are we. 💪 Time for cold one and some R&R in prep for next week.

Finished up a job from last week this morning, painted new exterior door and trim.

Booked it to Lowe's for lumber and skedaddled over to the Pactolas area to hopefully screen in this porch by the end of tomorrow.

Knocked out some small roof repairs for a new (hopefully perpetual) customer this morning. Various issues, improper flas...

Knocked out some small roof repairs for a new (hopefully perpetual) customer this morning. Various issues, improper flashing, not installing shingles where required. More improper flashing and several missing shingles.

Hopefully this fixes their issues until it's absolutely necessary for a new roof. The insanity you find on houses these days with fly-by-night "roofers" is astounding.

Anyways, we've had a long week, time for R&R. Next week brings a little interior painting, fixing a floor due to a hot water heater leak, and the beginnings of a few week long project, painting/staining a 2 tiered deck plus the "ceiling" of the overhead roof.... All while being blessed with the view of the all day long.

Another project knocked out to wrap up the week. Thanks to Harrell Construction & Development for tossing us the painting work. They did a great job building this addition on a property in Twin Lakes campground.

2 day, 2 coat project. Turned out nice, and the owners were a pleasure.

Once the rain gets out of here over the weekend, wait until you see what's next 😁

Just a little bathroom floor makeover today ❤️

Roughly 5 hours give or take. Ripped up tile, cleaned it up, new underlayment, linolium, PVC shoe molding and buttoned up with a lil caulking work.

Tomorrow brings some interior painting in a new addition out at Twin Lakes. Fun times 😵‍💫
