looking for an experienced Plumbing and Piping Estimator to join our team. Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities Understand construction methods, productivity, equipment, systems and materials Ability to interpret plans and bid documents Perform project takeoffs Estimate project costs Obtain and analyze subcontractor quotes Prepare bid packages Generate sound documentation for estimates Review proposal with management Data management including submittals, RFI's, change orders, closeout etc. Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors & material vendors Travel to job sites and attend meetings Knowledge of Estimation(TM) software Fastpipe a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in Estimating on projects ranging from $100,000 to $10,000,000 Please list salary requirement
