Another project wrapped up! 🔨🏠

New carpeted stairs and Lifeproof flooring through out made a huge difference in this home. It gave everything a fresh, updated look.

This was just one part of a larger renovation we completed on this property — including a bathroom renovation, ceiling work, and several other updates we'll be sharing soon.

We’re looking to add a few reliable, experienced subcontractors to work with us on upcoming residential construction and remodeling projects throughout Maine.

We’re looking for experience in one or more of the following:

• Tile installation & custom showers
• Interior & exterior painting
• Drywall hanging & finishing
• Flooring installation
• Finish carpentry & trim
• Framing
• Decks & exterior work
• Kitchen & bathroom remodeling
• General residential construction

We’re looking for people who know their trade, take pride in their work, show up when they say they will, and can work independently.

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools necessary for your trade
• Proven experience and quality workmanship
• General liability insurance
• Workers’ compensation coverage when applicable, or appropriate independent-contractor documentation
• References and/or photos of previous work
• Must be dependable and professional on customers’ properties

We are proud to announce the launch of our Post-Construction Cleanup Division!

After years of helping homeowners complete renovations and construction projects, we're expanding our services to offer professional post-construction cleanup throughout Maine.

This division will be led by my wife Trudy Logan Turbide, to ensure every project is left clean, dust-free, and move-in ready.

Another exterior transformation completed by Full House Construction.

Full scrape, wood repair, caulking, priming, and finish coats using Sherwin-Williams products. Body was sprayed for a clean finish, while trim and deck surfaces were rolled and brushed by hand. We also built a new landing and stair setup and finished the deck with Forte coating.

Proud of the crew on this one.
