We have successfully concluded our company photo shoot and are delighted with the outcome. Special thanks are extended to Jenny Byrnes for effectively capturing the spirit of our team. We also appreciate the contributions of Micah Abrams, Amy Huffey, and Chesney, whose participation and hard work this season have been invaluable.

Over the past week, Micah Abrams and I have been extremely busy. Despite the demanding schedule, we managed to keep up with our commitments. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our valued customers for their understanding and patience regarding our response time. Notably, Micah Abrams worked for 15 hours and I worked for 25 hours straight. We extend our gratitude to Danny Mac Towing for their ongoing business and loyalty.

After 17 hours, we have successfully caught up. I would like to extend my gratitude to Micah Abrams and Amy Huffey for their invaluable assistance and to all my customers for their understanding. Now, I will proceed with cleanup and sanding tomorrow, and prepare for the next challenge.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of my valued customers and clients for their patience and understanding during the first snowfall of the season this past weekend. We received a significant 9 inches of snow, and I am pleased to report that we were able to maintain our services effectively. This week is expected to be active as well, and we are fully prepared. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Amy McCabe and Micah Abrams for their invaluable assistance. It was a productive last 4 days for snow removal, with a total accumulation of approximately 8 inches. My team performed exceptionally well, and we successfully covered all areas in a timely manner. I would like to extend my gratitude to Amy and Chesney for their assistance with clearing sidewalks and operating the truck. Additionally, I appreciate Brock's support on Saturday morning, which helped me stay on schedule.
