The Waste Management (WM) Symposia Conference is the premier international event focused on radioactive waste management, nuclear facility decommissioning, and environmental remediation, bringing together industry leaders, government agencies, and contractors from around the world.

📅 90-Day Contract

NexGen Construction Group is mobilizing for a high-priority HVAC replacement project at a U.S. Naval facility in Romania. This is a fast-paced, mission-critical 90-day contract supporting a 10-unit packaged heat pump replacement in a secure federal environment.

We are actively seeking the following professionals:

QA/QC HVAC Manager

Oversee inspections, commissioning, and compliance for mechanical, ductwork, controls, and electrical integration.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with UFC standards and federal requirements
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and O&M documentation
• Validate seismic mounting, ductwork installation, and system integration
• Support government inspections and final acceptance

Qualifications:
• 8+ years HVAC QA/QC experience
• Federal or DoD project experience preferred
• Strong commissioning and documentation background
• Ability to manage detailed reporting in English

HVAC Construction Manager

Lead field ex*****on and overall mechanical installation operations for the project.

Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling, manpower, and subcontractors
• Coordinate outages and sequencing
• Oversee crane lifts and mechanical installs
• Enforce safety compliance and site standards
• Ensure project completion within strict timelines

Qualifications:
• 10+ years HVAC construction experience
• Federal or DoD project experience preferred
• Strong safety leadership background
• Experience managing mechanical crews on secure sites

This is a short-term, high-visibility federal project with immediate need.
