🔧 Now Hiring: Shop Mechanic
Canete Landscape and Snow Removal Company is located in Passaic County New Jersey. We are in need of a Shop Mechanic to service our growing fleet of Gas and Diesel vehicles and as well as our Small Engine Equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and conduct repairs on gas and diesel engines
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery & equipment
• Clean and apply lubricants to all mechanical components
• Communicate with other mechanics, field supervisors and management as needed
• Follow established Company procedures
• Work independently when required
• Keep logs of work performed
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Mechanic in a shop environment is required and an ASE Certification is preferred.
Schedule:
• The hours are 6:30AM-2:30PM M-F. Saturdays may be required in peak seasons
• Work during snow storms is required
