Proud of this project we just completed.
20 year No Dollar Limit warranty.
By changing the roof from black EPDM ( rubber ) to a white TPO roof we lowered the temp by almost 70 degrees. Massive energy savings!
We also added a wall coating system to the block wall. This system not only preserved the block but also sealing out water and water vapors to a building struggling with high humidity issues.
The temp difference in the wall from the grey natural block to the white coated block was about 25 degrees.

I often see these kinds of errors in new construction roofing. The labor on your roof is more important than the materials. We believe in partnering great labor with great materials for a roof that will perform for decades.

When you get a new roof, you should always have the flashing replaced. We are caulking this flashing to hold it over until the next reroof.

This week we are up at the Carlisle Manufacturing facility going through the certification process for Versico Roofing Systems. Our goal is to continuously educate ourselves so we can best serve our customers.
Carlisle is a world leading manufacturer of low slope roofing products. They manufacture 2 of the brands we install and service, Mule-Hide and Versico.
