Patterson Specialty Services is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

✔ Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Inquire within for bonus breakdown)


✔ $18–$40 per hour (based on experience)
✔ Full-Time Position

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable, drama-free mechanic who takes pride in keeping trucks and equipment running safely and efficiently.

If your first instinct is to troubleshoot and diagnose a problem instead of throwing parts at it and hoping for the best, we’d like to talk to you. We appreciate mechanics who can think through an issue, solve problems, and keep equipment productive.

Diesel mechanic experience is preferred. A CDL is a plus but not required.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and get things done
• Someone who fixes problems—not creates them

Patterson Specialty Services is looking to add a Diesel Mechanic to our team!

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and experienced with working on diesel trucks and equipment. Job duties may include basic maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently.

Position Details:
$2,000 sign-on bonus paid out in 2 payments:
after 90 days
after 6 months
Pay is based on experience
Diesel mechanic experience preferred
Must be reliable and willing to work
Experience with trucks, trailers, hydraulics, brakes, and general repairs is a plus
Full-time position available
