Project just completed! The "boots" that cover the balusters were impossible to work with (If you zoom in on the bottom of the balusters You'll see what I'm talking about. looked at the companies reviews and same complaint one after the other), but the rest of the job turned out fantastic!
Sometimes the customer wants to provide the materials and that's fine! We'lre happy to install it for you...but we don't always stand behind them. 😉
